For this reason they are often known to accompany members of Imperial Geographical Society on their dangerous expeditions. Exploration of exotic ruins and confiscation of various artifacts is also a part of their job. They also serve as Imperial agents, studying local traditions and collecting any information or item of interest, making them somewhat similar to the Blades.

Keepers are sworn to secrecy, dedicating lives to studying all forms of arcane knowledge, arts of magical warfare and metaphysical lore. And while Knights of Stendarr serve as peacemakers and glorified guardians, these witchhunters work in secrecy and silence, far away from any public recognition, seeking no glory for themselves and led only by their zealous loyalty to the Empire and Divines. Based in Chorrol, Keepers are affiliated with the priesthood of Stendarr and operate with the blessing of the Emperor himself. They exclusively combat heresy and root out all forms of supernatural evil across the Empire. Keepers of the Blessed Light - a small religious institution and order of witchhunters and missionaries exclusively dedicated to Stendarr. Basically it's a light version of a paladin.

So I came up with little background story. At first I imagined it as some sort of independent wandering witchhunter but I want to add more depth and character into this build. I still want to keep the familiar 'holy lawful good' playstyle though. I retired my paladin quite early in game because it got too easy (and I'm bored of playing heavy armored knights), so I want to create a more challenging class and go much, much further into game and explore entire Vvardenfell and Mainland.
